Understanding your culture is key to success

We recognise the need to understand the culture of a business to assess how likely its workforce is to abide by regulations. Do they clean their hands, do they use protective equipment, do they operate machines safely? In short, do your employees share the culture of the company?
If premises, and the processes within them, are not secure, the risk of contamination arises. Being able to check who has access, and to keep tabs on them once on site, is key to a safe working environment.
As you can see, however, this is more than a simple check on your gates and CCTV. This is an in-depth assessment that understands every aspect of your process.
We can also look at the security of your data, with IT penetration testing. This is an extra dimension of your security; if you don’t safeguard your labels, for instance, what is to stop a rogue operator downloading them from your site and sticking them on their inferior product?
